Downtown Brea's " Symphony on Birch Street"

The Orange County Symphony will present a 3 night series of family friendly music
under the baton of Music Director/Conductor Anthony Parnther as part of the
Concerts on Birch Street summer programs in Brea Downtown
starting July 27 and continuing the 28th and 29th of July 2010.
Programming will feature a diverse repertoire over 3 nights.
Musical Playground starts at 4:00 PM with concert time at 7:00 PM.
On July 27th we will present “Night at the Cinema!”

An educational interactive Musical Playground component will feature 10 booths with planned activities each night oriented to children and family participation starting at 4:00 PM. Concert time is 7:00 PM. Maestro Anthony Parnther will host the “Conducting for Kids” booth and invite the children to assist with conducting the first part of the evening’s concert.
This gift to the community is sponsored by Target, the Orange County Symphony, the City of Brea and the Brea Downtown Owners Association. Birch Street will be closed to traffic at Madrona in downtown Brea. Parking is also free in the parking structure immediately adjacent to the staging area.
